Can i change the address of my order?
If you wish to change the shipping address of your order and have not received notification of shipping, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to update your order. If you have received notification that your item has been shipped, we are unable to amend the order and would recommend contacting the courier with your Tracking ID number to rectify the matter.
Can i cancel or amend my order?
We always endeavor to dispatch your order as soon as possible so cancelation requests are not usually accepted. Is there is minimum spend to qualify for free shipping?

How do i track my order?
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID number which allows you to monitor the movement of the package once it is with the courier. Please allow 3 business days from being notified of shipment for your tracking ID to be updated by the courier. I have received my Tracking ID number but it shows invalid.
It may take up to 3 business days for the courier to update the Tracking ID number from the date of dispatch. If after 3 business days the Tracking ID number remains inactive please contact us at email@example.com and a member of our team will look into the matter for you.
My Tracking ID has shown no movement for few days.
If the Tracking ID shows no movement of your package, your item will most likely be in transit between courier checkpoints. What is an Antminer? Why should I buy this over using my own computer?

Why should I host my miners with GBM-UG instead of my own facility?

What happens when my hosting is done?
If your hosting term has ended and your hardware is still functional, you will be contacted with the options to either renew your hosting or have the hardware shipped directly to you (fees will apply). Hosting rates will vary depending on the changing costs of electricity in the future.
With the split hosting and hardware offerings, if I bought a package with 1 year of hosting, am I still entitled to that year? What happens at the end of that year?
That first year of hosting is unaffected by the changes in our products and you will still have the same service for any package you purchased.
When your first year is completed, you will have the option to renew your hosting or have the hardware shipped to you. This is the same for all members whose hosting services have been completed.
How long of a hosting service should I buy?
Because mining hardware lasts between 4-6 years, 5 years of hosting makes sense from a cost perspective as maintenance rates are locked in for the life of a contract. However, GBM-UG believes every member should be able to make their own educated decision on hosting terms, as it offers plan duration from 6 months to 5 years.
